Our MA Loan Origination and Compensation Agreement is given per Mass. Regs. Code tit. 209, ยงยง 42.12A(5) & 42.16. Due to client feedback, we will be changing two date fields on Cx5112. The date field in the sentence, “Based on the terms and conditions of your current loan application dated ________, the following fees will be paid by you directly to us for services provided,” will now be changed to use “Application Date” (Field 147) if it exists, else it will print “Date that Prints on Disclosures” (Field 43040). In addition, the date under the Mortgage Broker signature will now use the “Date that Prints on Disclosures” field by default.
