In February of last year, Equifax informed their customers that a specific address and telephone number must be used in connection with adverse action letters and credit reports. The address given in the notice was as follows:

Pursuant to a document audit, it was discovered that the address given is no longer a valid Equifax address. We have reached out to Equifax numerous times for an appropriate address, but failed to receive a response. In the absence of any other instruction, we will be changing the address back to the previous address that printed on the credit documents:

The generic forms which will revert back to the previous address are:
- CA Credit Score Disclosure (Cx2112)
- CA Credit Score Notice (Cx2114)
- Credit Score Disclosure – B-3/H-3 (Cx15312)
- Statement of Credit Denial, Termination of Change (Cx15858)
Since the Mount Laurel address is no longer valid, we encourage clients with custom Credit Score or Credit Denial documents to review them and turn in a Document Request to change the Equifax address as necessary.
