The following subsections of law were repealed:
- Idaho Admin. Code r. 12.01.10.050(3)
- Idaho Admin. Code r. 12.01.10.050(4)
- Idaho Admin. Code r. 12.01.10.050(6)
As a result, we will no longer be printing or maintain the documents created pursuant to these subsections. We will be retiring the following documents:
- Cx14157 (ID Interest Rate Lock-In Confirmation Agreement)
- Cx2789 (ID Interest Rate Lock/Float Information)
- Cx3770 (ID Prepayment Penalty Disclosure)
