Pursuant to our yearly audit of state-specific disclosures, Docutech will be making the following changes:
NV Employee Disclosure (Cx3839)
One of the legal citations listed on the form is no longer required. We will be removing the reference to Nev. Admin. Code ch. 645B, § 210.
NM Rate Lock Disclosure (Cx14305)
A new version of the model form has been made available on the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department’s website. No changes have been made to the form content other than a new revision date, but we will be including the NM state seal and the other header information in the new version, as shown on the model form.
OH High Loan To Value Disclosure (Cx11198)
The legal reference listed on this disclosure will be updated from “Revised Code 1321.592(B)” to “Revised Code 1322.062(A)(1)(j)”.
OH Non-Brokered Escrow Account Disclosure (Cx11197) and OH Escrow Account Disclosure (Cx11205)
The Ohio Division of Financial Institutions released Mortgage Broker & Lenders Letter 2015-1, stating that “The Ohio specific form, Notice of Escrow of Taxes, and Regular Monthly Payments, is no longer necessary for mortgage loan applications taken on or after Saturday October 3, 2015.” Consequently, Docutech will be retiring Cx11197 and Cx11205.
