Following a review of Rhode Island disclosures, we will be modifying the print configurations for a number of state documents in order to better comply with the language of the R.I. Gen. Laws § 34-25.2-1 et seq. The documents will now be set to print only for primary residences, and not for second homes or investment properties.
The affected documents are:
- RI Prohibited Acts of Lenders and Loan Brokers (Cx11241)
- RI Tangible Net Benefit (Cx11242)
- RI High Cost Related Prohibited Acts of Lenders and Loan Brokers (Cx11408)
