These documents are copies of form HUD-92900-LT, which is provided in accordance with various parts of FHA’s Single Family Handbook (see FHA Single Family Handbook 4000.1 Pt. II, A.1.b.ii.[B], A.4.a.iv.[B], A.4.d.iii.[G]., A.4.e.i.[A], A.5.c.iii.[G]., A.5.d.x.[B]., A.7.b.ii, A.7.b.iii, A.7.b.xi, A.7.d.ii.[C], A.8.a.xv.[A]., A.8.a.xvi, A.8.c.iv.[D], A.8.c.vii, & A.1.n.ii).
In the “Mortgage Information” table on page 1 of the form, there is a subcategory for indicating the “Amortization Type” of the loan. If “ARM” is selected, the name of the ARM Index must be disclosed. To accommodate this requirement, we will dynamically print either “1 YEAR TREASURY” or “1 YEAR WSJ LIBOR” in this area.

The terms “1 YEAR TREASURY” and “1 YEAR WSJ LIBOR” have been replaced with “1-Year CMT” and “1-Year LIBOR” to match the references to those two indices found in FHA Single Family Housing Handbook 4000.1 Pt. II, A.8.f.v.
