As previously announced, Ohio’s regulations have been amended to change the title of the model “Closing Disclosure” required under Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 1345.031(B)(8) and Ohio Admin. Code 109:4-3-23 & 109-4-3-23 App. (see http://blog.docutechcorp.com/compliance-news-ohio-changes-content-closing-disclosure).
Pursuant to this change, we have modified Cx11267 to match the language of the form set forth in the amendments, though the format of the form will continue to duplicate the version of the form published on the Ohio Attorney General’s website (see http://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/Files/Forms/Forms-for-Business-and-Nonprofit/Required-Mortgage-Loan-Disclosure-Forms).
