Pursuant to a recent audit, we will be updating various 50(a)(6) documents to more closely match the provisions of Tex. Const. art. 16, § 50(a)(6).
The documents that have be updated are:
- Cx5004 – Texas Home Equity Loan/HELOC Closing Instructions Addendum
- Cx5007 – TX Home Equity Certificate From Originating Lender
- Cx5010 – TX Home Equity Owner’s Affidavit Acknowledging Lender’s Compliance (Both TRID and Non-TRID versions)
- Cx5011 – TX Home Equity Addendum to Closing Instructions From Lender (Both TRID and Non-TRID versions)
We are currently reviewing additional 50(a)(6) documents in our library for any necessary changes. Any modifications will be announced on our website (http://blog.docutechcorp.com/category/document-updates).
