Three different versions of the model “Notice of Special Flood Hazards” form (see 12 CFR § 208.25, App. A) were previously available in Cx11:
- One for loans before October 1, 2015;
- One for loans between October 1 and December 31, 2015; and
- The other for loans made on or after January 1, 2016.
Since the post-January 1, 2016 version of the “Notice of Special Flood Hazards and Availability of Federal Disaster Relief Assistance” now applies to all loans, the two older versions have been removed from the document (Cx11).
In addition, the two subtitles “Availability of Private Flood Insurance Coverage” and “Escrow Requirement for Residential Loans” have been centered for clarity.
