Following a standard review of our document library, we are making a change to our New York Lock-In Agreement (Cx5099). In the past, under rare circumstances, a lock-in fee date could be present when there was no lock-in fee. As a result, we have updated this area of Cx5099 to use field index 6735 “Lock In Fee Date” to ensure that a lock-in fee date will always populate when a lock-in fee is present and populate “N/A” when a lock-in fee is not present.
