As previously announced, we indicated that our Late Fee and Prepayment Penalty matrices would be updated, due to the passage of OH HB 199 (2017) which modified several of the laws applicable to these types of fees. We have updated both matrices accordingly (as well as updating the Prepayment Penalty Matrix in general, pursuant to an audit) and the new versions can be downloaded at: https://compliance.docutech.com/matrices/.
Please note that the Late Fee ConformX Matrix has not been changed, since the changes in Ibid. do not affect our late fee defaults for Ohio.
