On April 6, 2018 the Department of Veterans’ Affairs issued VA Circular 26-18-7 (available at: https://www.benefits.va.gov/homeloans/resources_circulars.asp), revising guidance in the VA Lender’s Handbook regarding construction-to-permanent loans.
