The Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit has published updated dollar amounts for certain provisions under the Oklahoma Consumer Credit Code (see https://www.ok.gov/okdocc/Licenses_We_Regulate/Supervised_Lender/index.html), which will take effect on July 1, 2018. Among these updates are ones to the maximum dollar amount which may be assessed for a late charge under Okla. Stat. Ann. tit. 14-A, § 3-203(5).
