Upon standard review of our document library, we are updating our version of VA Form 26-8923, Veteran of Affairs Interest Rate Reduction Refinancing Loan Worksheet (Cx5535), to align with the updated model form that is available on the Department of Veteran Affairs site located here; https://www.va.gov/vaforms/form_detail.asp?FormNo=26-8923
The following minor changes have been made:
- Added the white-on-black Department of Veterans Affairs logo area to the top of the document.
- Added the model form expiration date to the top right corner of the document.
- Updated the OMB Internet Page website link in the RESPONDENT BURDEN paragraph.
- Updated the revision dates at the bottom of the document to reflect the current model form version being used.
