Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

As previously announced, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has published a new “Language Translation Disclosure” which discloses helpful information to borrowers in Chinese, English, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
We are pleased to announce that we have created a duplicate of this document in “Notice to Borrowers about Language” (Cx22719), which will be configured to print under the following conditions:
- Field 18215 Document Package Type = Initial Disclosure
- Field 102042 “Print Non-English Language Application Disclosure” = Yes
Clients who wish to receive the new document can import or map Field 102042 “Print Non-English Language Application Disclosure” accordingly.
