The instructions that print on our form “Gift Letter” (Cx17342), requires “The form is to be transmitted directly to the donor and is not to be transmitted through the applicant or any other party.”
As a result of the form instructions above, and since “Donor” is not a signing class type that is currently supported through our eSign/Solex platform, we are changing our current default signing setting on Cx17342 from “eSign” to “Ink Sign”.
