VA Form 26-8937 is the Verification of VA Benefits, our Cx3952. Form 26-8937 has been updated on the VA website and we are updating Cx3952 accordingly. These changes are mostly minor text and formatting. The one change of note is the removal of a sentence in the RESPONDENT BURDEN section: “If desired, you can call 1-800-827-1000 to get information on where to send comments or suggestions about this form.”
