Document Updates: Wyoming Notice and Explanation of Fee Increase (TRID)(Cx19752) and Wyoming Notice and Explanation of Fee Increase (Cx16634)
Jan 22, 2020
As part of a periodic audit focusing on notary sections, we are reviewing all of our standard documents with a notary block. To ensure more conservative compliance, we will be comparing the notary block to the model forms published for each of the fifty states and the District of Columbia. We anticipate mostly minor changes that will not require a separate announcement. However, those changes that are due to regulatory updates will warrant a separate announcement (one example being the anticipated new notary forms that will be published by the Kentucky Secretary of State).
The new state notary section changes will become available as they are completed in the future. If you have questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
