Pursuant to a document review, we are adjusting the Lender notary on our Texas Affidavit of Fair Market Value of Homestead Property (Cx3653). The name used in the notary paragraph will now be the “Corporate Officer Full Name – First Officer” (Field 1164). The signature and title above the notary statement will be changed to match, with the corresponding Field 1166 being used for the title. This should be the same entity who signs for the Lender on our Assignments, similar to other Lender notaries on other documents.
