Pursuant to our monthly audit of Federal Agency forms and to match the model forms made available through https://www.va.gov/find-forms/, we will be making the following changes to Cx3953 and Cx18883:
The VA has updated their Request for Certificate of Veteran Status. In general, the VA has updated the instructions on where to mail the completed form. The “Mail this form to:” section now refers to page two for the regional address of the Regional Loan Center of Jurisdiction. Page two with the regional centers’ addresses has been added.
The VA has updated the dates included on the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Statement form as follows:

- Change the expiration date from “08/31/2020” to “07/31/2023”
- Changed to revision date from “AUG 2017” to “JUL 2020”
