Document Updates: Wyoming Notice and Explanation of Fee Increase (TRID)(Cx19752) and Wyoming Notice and Explanation of Fee Increase (Cx16634)

In July of 2020, Indiana signed into law Senate Bill 340 which requires both an acknowledgment and a proof. It has come to our attention that Lake County, IN specifically requires the proof to be on a separate page. Due to this, First American Docutech has created a new field (“Print Witness Proof on Separate Page”, Field 142834) that will ensure the proof prints on a separate page. For Lake County, this setting will be triggered on a generic basis. If other counties conform that they require the proof to be separate, we will update the global mapping to include that county.
Note that this will not make a difference for loans where the pages/acknowledgments/proofs are already breaking in such a way that the Witness Proof is printing on a separate page. This new functionality only makes sure that a page separation occurs for the Witness Proof.
