The titles to Subparts 4A and 4B will be changed (respectively) to: “Signature of Lender Official or LPA Loan Packager” and “Title of Lender Official or LPA Loan Packager”. The expiration date will be changed to “11/30/2023”. - **Cx24339:** The expiration date of the form will be updated to “11/30/2023”, while the reference to “DEC 2007” at the bottom of the form (which states that the current version supersedes the version identified by such date) will be changed to “SEP 2017”. These changes will take effect on January 13, 2021.
