Document Updates: Various VA Documents (Cx52, Cx17513, and Cx24339)

Pursuant to our monthly audit of Federal agency forms, we will be updating the following documents to match the most recent revisions published on the VA’s website (https://www.va.gov/find-forms/):

• • 26-1820 Report and Certification of Loan Disbursement (Cx52)
  • VA Request for Verification of Employment (Cx17513)
  • VA Request For Verification of Deposit (Cx24339)

Substantial changes to these documents are as follows:

• • Cx52: The expiration date of the form will be updated to “11/30/2023”, while the reference to “Sep 2012” at the bottom of the form (which states that the current version supersedes the version identified by such date) will be changed to “Nov 2020”.
  • Cx17513: References to the USDA throughout various parts of the form (including the USDA OMB approval number) will be deleted. The titles to Subparts 4A and 4B will be changed (respectively) to: “Signature of Lender Official or LPA Loan Packager” and “Title of Lender Official or LPA Loan Packager”. The expiration date will be changed to “11/30/2023”.
  • Cx24339: The expiration date of the form will be updated to “11/30/2023”, while the reference to “DEC 2007” at the bottom of the form (which states that the current version supersedes the version identified by such date) will be changed to “SEP 2017”.
