Pursuant to a recent review, we will be modifying our standard Massachusetts HELOC mortgage to remove the witness lines section. Other standard Massachusetts mortgages in ConformX already exclude this area since it is not required for the state, per paragraph 10 of the Fannie Mae Massachusetts Form 3022 Instructions.
