Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac originally gave guidance that the sections of the redesigned FNMA Form 1003 / FHLMC Form 65 (our Cx20667) should be kept together as much as possible. It has come to our attention that some combinations of variable heights, as added to page footers, table footers, and table contents, can very infrequently cause a printing error in Section 2 “Financial Information – Assets and Liabilities” if there are a large number of assets or liabilities in one sub-section. To address this possibility, we have modified the formatting of Section 2 to allow for individual sub-sections to split across pages as necessary, rather than printing only as a cohesive whole sub-section. This is in keeping with the Rendering Options for the Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) document provided by FNMA, as the Style Category “Tables” permits that “[t]ables may be structured on the form to accommodate system capabilities.”
This change has been applied to our FNMA Form 1003 / FHLMC Form 65 (Cx20667), as well as the Spanish Translation Aid (Cx20668), and is available now on ConformX Stage servers for testing and will be available on Production on March 31, 2021.
