As previously announced, the June 2019 version of IRS Form 4506-T (Cx24583) was set to print by default for FHA Initial Disclosure and Closing packages based on field “Print Non-Third Party 4506-T (Non-IVES Version)” (FI 143244). The FHA Single Family Housing Policy Handbook has been updated to replace all references to IRS Form 4506-T with 4506-C. The Implementation section of the new handbook states the “Changes identified in Section II.A of Handbook 4000.1 may be implemented immediately, but must be implemented for Mortgages with case numbers assigned on or after September 20, 2021.”
Previously ConformX printed both IRS 4506-C and the June 2019 version of IRS 4506-T for FHA loans by default. Cx24583 is being retired since it is no longer needed. Other IRS 4506/4506-C forms including Cx23, Cx3095, Cx17841, and various custom forms will continue print as they do today.
