We have updated only the New Hampshire version of the Advanced Fee/Application Disclosure (our form Cx2783). This form is provided in connection to N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 397-A:16(I). During our audit, we determined that the lender signature is not required for the state of New Hampshire and thus we are removing the lender signature requirement for Cx2783 for the New Hampshire Advanced Fee/Application Disclosure. If you have a customization for Cx2783 please contact your Client Relationship Manager directly or contact our Client Support Team at 1.800.497.3584 to review them.
Additionally, updates will be made to the State Disclosure Matrix for Cx2783 for Arizona, Illinois, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon, and Tennessee. These updates will include changes to citations for specific Language requirements, legal references for both signatures and disclosures, and the field “Originator/Broker/Lender Required to Sign”.
