Document Update: MT Acknowledgment that Real Property is Not Exempt From Execution (Cx1412)

The number of “Non-Purchasing Entity [1-4] AKA [#]” name fields has been expanded in ConformX from 4 per NPE to 25 per NPE. Signature/Name Affidavit (NPE) (Cx7965) has been updated to support these new “also known as” (AKA) fields.
Lines will continue to print all the time for the first four AKA names by default, but additional rows for new AKA fields 5 to 25 will only appear if the field has a value. If you have a customization to the AKA section of Cx7965 or have a custom form to update, please contact your Client Relationship Manager directly or contact our Client Support Team at 1.800.497.3584 to review them.
The change to Cx7965 will be in effect on September 10, 2021 and is available for testing on Stage servers. If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
