Document Update: MT Acknowledgment that Real Property is Not Exempt From Execution (Cx1412)
Oct 13, 2021
Currently the following fields print for the borrower address on mortgages, deeds of trusts, and assignments:
The borrower address area is usually found in the borrower definitions section on the first page of select states’ security instruments. First American Docutech is adding the ability to print a new set of optional borrower address fields to our standard security instruments:
The original Borrower Mailing Address fields listed above will continue to print if the new Security Instrument Borrower Definition Mailing Address: Street field is empty (i.e., nothing will change if the new fields are not used).
This added functionality allows clients to print a different mailing address on the security instrument than is displayed on other documents in a closing package.
Changes to the security instruments will be pushed to Production environments as they are completed, beginning on October 13, 2021 and continuing over the following weeks. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.2584.
