Document Update: MT Acknowledgment that Real Property is Not Exempt From Execution (Cx1412)

We have recently reviewed our State lock agreements for signature requirements and eSignature functionality. As a result of this review, we are making the following changes:
Cx2792: Washington State Interest Rate Lock Agreement: This document does not require a Lender signature, but currently asks for one. In order to keep this document consistent with our standard practices, we are removing the Lender signature.
Cx5099: New York Lock In Agreement: This document has a Lender signature area currently, but no eSignature, so eSignature functionality is being added.
Cx7442: California Rate Lock Agreement: This document has a Lender signature area currently, but no eSignature, so eSignature functionality is being added.
