Document Update: MT Acknowledgment that Real Property is Not Exempt From Execution (Cx1412)

Cx2657 NY Tax Escrow Account Designation is based off a model form RP-954 found on the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance website. It was recently brought to our attention that the model form has the words “INSTRUCTIONS ON REVERSE” on the first page, followed by instructions on the second page. Our document, Cx2657, follows the wording of form RP-954 exactly, but we had consolidated it onto one page, making the words “INSTRUCTIONS ON REVERSE” obsolete.
Because RP-954 is an official form and our policy is to keep the generic text as close as possible to the model, we have decided that the best course of action in this situation is to create a page break after the words “INSTRUCTIONS ON REVERSE” to ensure the instructions print on the following page, instead of having the entire document on one page.
