We have updated FNMA Form 1003 (Cx20667) and 1003 Spanish Translation Aid 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application Form 65 (Cx20668) to support adding a guarantor to the application. The following changes will be made when the following fields are sent with a guarantor indicator: 51807 – Borrower (1), 51808 – Borrower (2), 51809 – Borrower (3), 51810 – Borrower (4).
A sentence will be added to Cx20667 under “Section 1: Borrower Information” that states: “For the purposes of this application the guarantor is referred to as a Borrower.” The sentence on Cx20668 will read: “A los fines de esta solicitud, se hace referencia al garante comeo el Prestatario.”
Under subsection “1a. Personal Information” the “Type of Credit” box will state: “I am applying as a guarantor” for Cx20667 and “Estoy solicitando como garante” for Cx20668.
The footer on Cx20667 will indicate the form has been modified for a guarantor. The footer for Cx20668 will state: “Modificado para Garant.”
