After our monthly review of HUD model forms, we have identified two forms that needed to be updated. They are as follows:
Form HUD-92210.1 – Approval of Purchaser and Release of Seller (Cx14701)

- Any reference to HUD-insured was clarified to mean FHA-insured
- The public reporting statement was added
- A few various typos were corrected
Form HUD-9746-A – Draw Request (Cx3399)

- The certification that all the information to be true and correct was updated
- The informational warning about making false statements was updated
- The statement about additional draws and holdback was updated
