Document Update: MT Acknowledgment that Real Property is Not Exempt From Execution (Cx1412)

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development updated the Important Notice Regarding Housing Counseling form. According to MD Code Ann. Com. Law § 12-409 borrowers are required to be provided a list of housing counseling agencies shortly after applying for a loan subject to RESPA. We provide Cx15232 (MD Important Notice Regarding Housing Counseling) available upon request.
Docutech has updated the Cx15232 to match the MD disclosure. The most notable changes were the logo at the top of the form and updated Contact information.
