Document Update: MT Acknowledgment that Real Property is Not Exempt From Execution (Cx1412)

While performing a routine audit, it came to our attention that Cx11408, Prohibited Acts of Lenders and Loan Brokers in Rhode Island, needed a few formatting updates to more closely match the model form. The document is a copy of Form 2 HLPA found on the State of Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation.
The changes include formatting the title and removing the word “disclosure” to match the model form.
