Delaware Mortgage FNMA Form 2003 (Cx25286)

The revision date of the updated Delaware Mortgage was modified to 07/2021(rev.08/22).  This is the most recent revision date reflecting the GSE instruction to modify paragraph 17 of the document to correct an erroneous state reference.

Illinois Mortgage FNMA Form 3014 (Cx25292)

We have also updated the Illinois Mortgage to reflect corrections to the MERS related authorized changes found in instructions 6(d).  The revised instructions state:

(d) Delete from the second sentence of the first paragraph of the section titled “TRANSFER OF RIGHTS IN THE PROPERTY” the words “For this purpose, Borrower mortgages, grants, conveys, and warrants to Lender…” and replace them with the following words:

For this purpose, Borrower mortgages, grants, conveys, and warrants to MERS (solely as nominee for Lender and Lender’s successors and assigns) and to the successors and assigns of MERS…

In accordance with these instructions, we made the following changes to the first paragraph of the section titled “TRANSFER OF RIGHTS IN THE PROPERTY” of the Illinois Mortgage when MERS language is requested.   (MERS (18100)  dt_MERSYesNo/@v = YES)

“For this purpose, Borrower mortgages, grants, conveys, and warrants to MERS (solely as nominee for Lender and Lender’s successors and assigns) and to the successors and assigns of MERS…”

We have also made following changes to the same section of the Illinois Mortgage when DART language is requested.  (DART (154647) dt_DARTYesNo/@v= Yes)

“For this purpose, Borrower mortgages, grants, conveys, and warrants to DART (solely as nominee for Lender and Lender’s successors and assigns) and to the successors and assigns of DART…”

Effective Date
