On December 16, 2022, the CFPB published a notice in the Federal Register (87 FR 77078) that they’ve updated the consumer publication “What You Should Know about Home Equity Lines of Credit,” also known as the HELOC booklet.
Docutech is in the process of updating the language of “What You Should Know About Home Equity Lines of Credit” (Cx9925). We will announce changes to the form and a rollout timeline in a future announcement.
