Document Update: Department of Finance Address on ND Money Broker Contract (Cx1904)

Docutech has updated the address in the “Notice” section near the bottom of page one of our North Dakota Money Broker Contract (Cx1904). While an amendment is still pending to update N.D. Admin. Code § 13-05-01-09, the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions has advised Docutech to go ahead and print the new address of “1200 MEMORIAL HWY, BISMARK, ND 58504-1204”.
