Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

Cx3039 NV Deed of Trust HELOC has been updated to improve functionality of the document. Previously, names for the paragraph starting with “LOAN: The Deed of Trust…” were pulled from Field 2226 Borrower Vesting, which pulls names from the security instrument. With the new changes, names will be pulled from Field 52506 Borrower List: Inline, No Borders, which more appropriately uses names of individuals who will have the funds advanced and re-advanced to them from time to time.
