Document Updates: Updates to Department of VA Affairs Financing Statement (Cx18833)

Pursuant to our monthly audit of Federal Agency forms we have updated our cx 18833 to match the updated Department of Veterans Affairs Form 26-6807.  The following changes have been made:

• • The major section headings were given a gray border
  • “IMPORTANT” below the title boxes was bolded
  • Box 5 was adjusted to have (MM/DD/YYYY) after Date of Birth
  • Box 15B was adjusted to “(MM/YYYY)” instead of “(Month, Year)”
  • Box 21B added “(MM/DD/YYYY)” after Date Adjudicated Bankrupt
  • The “Privacy Act Notice” and “Respondent Burden” was updated to be all capitalized
  • Various dates in the footer were updated
  • The weblink in Section VII was highlighted in blue
