Pursuant to our monthly audit of Federal Agency forms we have updated our cx 18833 to match the updated Department of Veterans Affairs Form 26-6807. The following changes have been made:

- The major section headings were given a gray border
- “IMPORTANT” below the title boxes was bolded
- Box 5 was adjusted to have (MM/DD/YYYY) after Date of Birth
- Box 15B was adjusted to “(MM/YYYY)” instead of “(Month, Year)”
- Box 21B added “(MM/DD/YYYY)” after Date Adjudicated Bankrupt
- The “Privacy Act Notice” and “Respondent Burden” was updated to be all capitalized
- Various dates in the footer were updated
- The weblink in Section VII was highlighted in blue
