Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

As previously announced, by January 1, 2024, Oregon county clerks will not accept documents submitted for recording which contain font sizes less than 10-point.
As such, font sizes have been increased to at least 10-point in the following documents:

- Cx43 – Manufactured Home Affixation Affidavit
- Cx504 – OR Deed of Trust Second
- Cx1370 – HELOC Deed of Trust – OR
- Cx1546 – OR Assignment of Deed of Trust
- Cx4343 – OR Assignment from MERS
- Cx4489 – OR Assignment – INV BLANK
- Cx10514 – Loan Modification Agreement – ARM
- Cx19395 – FHA OR Deed of Trust
- Cx25316 – 3038 OR Deed of Trust 2021
