Compliance News: Understanding California’s 2026 ADMT Rules and How They Apply to Docutech

On August 23, 2023, Fannie Mae announced the following:
“Paragraph 26(a) of the District of Columbia security instrument (Form 3009) has been revised for further clarity and replaces the prior 06/2023 version.
The instructions to the Florida security instrument (Form 3010) were updated to include a new authorized change 16.”
At this time, Docutech is reviewing the following documents:
Cx25287 3009 DC Deed of Trust 2021
Cx25288 3010 FL Mortgage 2021
