Document Updates: “Non-Permanent Resident Alien” Selection on 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application 1/2021 (Cx20667 and Cx20668)

After review of Rhode Island Notification to Buyer(s) of Withholding Tax Requirement, Cx1028, we were unable to find a reason or requirement for a lender’s signature. In the interest of simplifying the document, we have removed the lender’s signature line generically. We have also updated the citation on the form from R.I. Code R. 60-1-140:1 to the updated citation of 280-RICR- 20-10-1.11.
