Document Update: Retirement of Non-TRID Second Lien Disclosure and Letter (Cx13586 & Cx13587)

After a document library audit, Docutech has decided to retire two non-TRID second lien documents because neither one has been in use for over four years. They are:

• Cx13586 Truth-In-Lending Disclosure – 2nd Lien
• Cx13587 First Payment Letter – 2nd Lien

Cx13586 “Truth-In-Lending Disclosure – 2nd Lien” has been retired generically. Cx13586 is now a custom document that has been assigned to clients who have custom configurations associated with it.

Cx13587 “First Payment Letter – 2nd Lien” has been retired entirely because there are no custom configurations associated with it.
