These previously announced changes were originally planned to take effect December 27, 2023:
- Multi-Doc Collection (MDC) changes for Social Security Number Verification SSA-89 (Cx5579) to independently control whether copies of the SSA-89 for specific Borrowers are included or excluded in the package.
- DC Deed of Trust Second (Cx474) trustee commission text edits to remove the amount, leaving the percentage text to mirror the FNMA model form.
- FHA AK Deed of Trust (Cx19359) heading text edit for the recording address to state “After Recording Return To:” in place of “Return:”.
These changes were postponed and will now take effect on January 5, 2023. These changes are available for testing on Stage 1 & Stage 2 servers. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
