Document Updates: Support for Settlor Power of Attorney Fields in Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Acknowledgments and Riders

Corresponding with our enhancement to ConformX to support Settlor Power of Attorney (POA) fields in signature lines (as announced in Oct Release Notes – Production Release Date – 10/06/23), we have modified the following generic documents to also support Settlor POA fields:

• Cx16253 NY CEMA GAP – Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Rider
• Cx16254 NY CEMA GAP – Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Acknowledgment
• Cx21130 Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Acknowledgment
• Cx21131 Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Rider

To test this new functionality:

1. Add new Settlor POA Name and Verbiage fields to the originating system.
2. Generate a package that will render a signature line for a Settlor and a Settlor POA.
3. Fannie Mae signature lines should render with the name of the Settlor and Settlor POA below the signature line for the party.
4. Freddie Mac signature lines should also render with the name of the Settlor and Settlor POA below the signature line.

This new functionality will be available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on January 11, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
