Corresponding with our enhancement to ConformX to support Settlor Power of Attorney (POA) fields in signature lines (as announced in Oct Release Notes – Production Release Date – 10/06/23), we have modified the following generic documents to also support Settlor POA fields:
- Cx16253 NY CEMA GAP – Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Rider
- Cx16254 NY CEMA GAP – Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Acknowledgment
- Cx21130 Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Acknowledgment
- Cx21131 Inter Vivos Revocable Trust Rider
To test this new functionality:
- Add new Settlor POA Name and Verbiage fields to the originating system.
- Generate a package that will render a signature line for a Settlor and a Settlor POA.
- Fannie Mae signature lines should render with the name of the Settlor and Settlor POA below the signature line for the party.
- Freddie Mac signature lines should also render with the name of the Settlor and Settlor POA below the signature line.
This new functionality will be available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on January 11, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.
