Document Type Changes: Texas Notice Concerning Extensions of Credit – Spanish (Cx3640)

Jan 30, 2024

Topics: Document Updates

It has come to Docutech’s attention that while utilizing the “Global Default” for stacking orders, Cx4549 “TX Notice Concerning Extensions of Credit” and Cx3640 “TX Notice Concerning Extensions of Credit – Spanish” were not printing consecutively because Cx4549 had been coded as Document Type “Other” while Cx3640 had been coded as Document Type “Lender”. To rectify this, the coding for Cx3640 has been updated to Document Type “Other”. With this change, Cx3640 might appear in a different position in Document Package stacking orders.

This new functionality will be available for testing on Stage & Stage 2 servers and will take effect on February 6, 2024. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Client Support at 1.800.497.3584.

Update: We also are changing the document name for Cx4549 to “TX Notice Concerning Extensions of Credit – English” for document stacking order purposes.
