Document Updates: Colorado Itemization of Amount Financed & Itemization of Fees

After a document library audit, it was discovered that the mortgage loan originator signature requirement in 4 CCR 725-3:5.13 was repealed.

As such, Docutech is removing the following signature fields by default when Field 2279 “State Code” = Colorado:

Field 1057       Loan Officers Name
Field 6887       Loan Originator Name
Field 7029       Broker Name
Field 27017     Interviewer’s Name

These signature fields can be restored if clients so choose.

This affects the following documents:
