As previously announced, Cx2485 “DC Real Property Recordation and Transfer Tax Form FP 7/C” was revised last Fall to match the updated model form located on the DC Office of Tax and Revenue website.
In PART B – Property Description/Data/Property Being Conveyed, under the “Property Use” section appears:
To allow for these areas to be filled out, the following new fields have been created:
Field 187644 Condo Parking Indicator
Field 187645 Condo Parking Square
Field 187646 Condo Parking Suffix
Field 187647 Condo Parking Lot
